Bernhard Garnicnig, born 1983 in Bregenz, studies Digital Arts (Univ.Prof.Peter Weibel, Univ.Prof.Thomas Fürstner, Univ.Prof.Ruth Schnell, Univ.Prof.Virgil Widrich) at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria since 2005. He is a founding member of c17, an environment for the production, presentation and collection of projects by upcoming artists.
